Mission : To operate petroleum pipeline and terminal facilities for receipt,
storage, issue, and distribution of bulk petroleum products.
Capabilities: (Per Section 1 of TOE)
(a) Operates fixed terminal facilities for storage of up to2,100,000
gallons of bulk petroleum. Normally consists of two tank farms, each with a
capacity of up to 250,000 barrels or operates a tactical petroleum terminal
(TPT) with a storage capability or up to 90,000 barrels.
(b) Operates up to 90 miles of pipeline for distribution ofapproximately
720,000 gals. per day.
(c) Operates six pump stations 24 hours per day to deliver bulk product
through 6 or 8 inch multi-product coupled pipeline.
(d) Operates facilities for shipment of bulk product by coastal tanker,
barge, rail, and tank trucks.
(e) Maintains a prescribed reserve of bulk product for the theater.
(f) Operates a Fuel System Supply Point (FSSP) for bulk issue

Capabilities:
(a) Store 600,000 gallons at one location or 300,000 gallons each at
two locations.
(b) It can receive and issue up to 200,000 gallons of bulk petroleum
per day.
(c) The Area Support Section can store up to 120,000 gallons of bulk
petroleum at one location and 60,000 gallons at each of two locations. It
can receive and /or issue in any combination up to 120,000 gallons daily.
(d) The distribution section can distribute 48,750 gallons of fuel daily
based on 75% availability of fuel dispensing vehicles at two trips per day.
(e) It can also establish and operate two hot refueling points using two
FARE systems for transitory aircraft operating in their area.
